* In today’s age of technology, it’s much easier and more practical to contact your child directly rather than calling the office and having them page your child or relay a message that may or not be received in a timely manner.

* Most new cellular phones can operate silently so you can reach your child without interrupting any classroom activities. Just be sure to make your child’s teacher aware that your son or daughter may be using their phone if required.
