Today, we focus on the veritable queen of the world – Oprah Winfrey.  Among the countless initiatives and undertakings the woman has on the go, the Oprah Winfrey For All Women Registry is yet another Oprah initiative that with the partnership of the International Medical Corps aims to bring help to women in need around the world.  As stated on the International Medical Corps website, Oprah is leading a movement to raise awareness about the plight of women around the world and what each and every one of us can do to make their lives healthier and filled with opportunity and hope. There are a larger variety of options and ways that you too can take part and help in achieving equality amongst women.  For just a few dollars or even for free, there are a number of ways that you can help in the cause.  By simply spreading the word via Facebook to providing money to help train doctors in Africa, you can decide how best your money and effort are spent.  With different choices to put your donations towards, you can have the opportunity to fund a specific cause that you feel the most passionate about.  Whether its helping make sure new mothers receive the care they need, supporting rape victims, saving women from slavery, providing young women with education, giving women the means to help make it on their own, or simply becoming a vocal advocate of the cause, you can make a difference!
